Your wedding day is deeply intimate, and it matters to me that we both feel aligned before stepping into it together. There’s absolutely zero pressure here — I just want to hear your vision and what matters most to you on your day. I'll explain a bit about how my collections are designed, my overall approach, and answer any questions you have for me! STEP 03
Booking time
Once we both feel ready to move forward, let's get you booked! I'll package up your contract and invoice for your retainer to get your date secured in my calendar. You'll receive all booking materials and payment options in one place for easy access. Once signed and the deposit is in, we are all set for step 4...
Engagement session
STEP 04
From here, we'll keep in touch to plan your engagement (or bridal) session if included in your collection! You can start sharing inspo with me through pinterest or instagram collections and we'll work together to pick the right date and location to bring your vision to life. Our session is another opportunity for us to get comfortable with each other before your wedding, so that I don't show up a stranger! You'll get a feel for the way I work and a little practice in front of the camera before wedding day.
STEP 05
Timeline & details
About three months before your wedding, I’ll send your questionnaire. Once you’ve had a chance to start looking it over, you'll use my booking link to schedule our last call—this is our opportunity to talk through details, timeline, and tailor your photo coverage to fit your day!
STEP 06
LET'S GET YOU MARRIED!
It's finally here! By this point, we will have met several times before I show up on your wedding day—You'll have confidence that I've got it covered so that you can be present in every moment. After all, that is how your favorite photos will happen! See "my approach" section to learn more.
STEP 05
Gallery DELIVERY
When it's all said and done, you'll receive your sneak peek gallery within one week. Good things do take time, and I am not one to slap a preset over your gallery and call it a day. I edit every photo with care and intention. Final delivery will depend on your collection.
Your gallery will be delivered through a beautiful, organized online platform, where you'll have one full year of access, along with the option to order prints directly through my print shop.
As a wedding client, you'll receive a 10% discount towards future sessions including couples, maternity, and family as a "thank you" for trusting me.
FAQs
Do you travel for photoshoots/weddings?
I'm based in Willow Park, TX and usually shoot around the DFW area —but I’m always open to travel! For sessions, travel up to 100 miles round-trip is included ($1/mile beyond).
The following applies to weddings within a 300 mile radius of Willow Park. Please inquire for further distances, destination or out-of-state weddings.
Wedding packages include up to 140 miles of round-trip travel. Anything beyond is $1/mile, and depending on how far it is, I might also ask for a lodging fee—just to make sure I’m rested and ready to show up 100% for your big day!
What should we wear to our session?
Always wear what feels like you—that’s the most important thing. I want you to feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself during your session. That said, neutrals and earthy tones always photograph beautifully with my editing style. They tend to keep the focus on the connection between you two and just give everything this soft, timeless feel.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Wedding galleries are delivered between 6-10 weeks from your date depending on your package. This timeline allows space for intentional editing and attention to detail. Sneak peeks are sent within one week of your wedding.
Sessions are delivered within 3-4 weeks, with sneak peeks sent within a few days.
What does the booking process look like?
For sessions:
When you're ready to book, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for your deposit to lock in your session date (amount depends on your session type). Once that’s in—it's offical! Then we will work together to find the right location for your session if you don't have one in mind.
For weddings:
Once you're ready to lock in your date, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. A 25% retainer secures your date on my calendar, and the rest isn’t due until one week before the big day! You'll have the option to pay in installments as you are able via venmo. About 3 months out from your wedding, I will check in with you and send my questionnaire to gather all the details. While you're always welcome to reach out, this will be your opportunity to set up a facetime/phone call with me if you'd like to go over timeline/details together!
